shiguchi table

20/01/1981 by bobpulley

Shiguchi is Japanese for ‘connecting joint’ and the legs of the Shiguchi Table have been designed around a wooden puzzle made from six lengths of hardwood that lock together in an intriguing manner. The top is a truncated triangle constructed from nine planks of solid timber, cut at an angle and dowelled into position. The Shiguchi Table is similar to a children’s construction kit and provokes a similar sense of achievement when assembled.
